Because all of our products are handcrafted with care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final


Due to the handmade and custom nature of our wood products, all sales are final.


We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Cancellations after an order has been processed


2. Damaged or Defective Items


If your item arrives damaged during shipping:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
  2. Email photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to: 📧 [email protected]


We will review the claim and, if approved, provide:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • Store credit


3. Custom Orders


Custom or personalized pieces cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages


Black Sheep Sawdust is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
