1. Processing Time
Because our items are handmade, please allow:
- 3–7 business days for processing ready-made items
- 7–14 business days for custom orders
Processing time may vary during holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship through:
- USPS
- UPS
- or the carrier selected at checkout
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Weight
- Package size
- Destination
We do not control carrier rates.
4. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying additional reshipping costs.
5. International Shipping
If you enable international shipping on Big Cartel:
- Buyers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties
